摘要
通过对173篇工匠精神研究的核心期刊论文进行文献计量分析。结果表明:论文发表数量整体上呈增长趋势;论文发表的期刊比较分散,研究持续性不够,合作程度有待提高,研究方法单一,研究主题分布不平衡。未来研究可明确工匠精神的定义、开发工匠精神的量表,完善工匠精神培育方法的研究,加强工匠精神的前因变量研究和行为后果研究。
The results of the literature measurement analysis of 173 core journal papers on craftsmanship spirit research showed that:The number of papers published showed a growth trend after 2016;The journals published were scattered,the continuity of research was not enough,the degree of cooperation needed to be improved,the research method was single,and the distribution of topics was unbalanced.In order to promote the development of craftsmanship spirit research,future research should clarify the definition of craftsmanship spirit and develop a scale,improve the study of craftsmanship spirit cultivation methods,strengthen the study of pre-cause variables of craftsmanship spirit and study of behavioral consequences.
