摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和抑郁状态的影响。方法选取在大连市友谊医院血透室就诊的80例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。试验组患者在传统护理的基础上加用综合护理干预,对照组患者仅接受传统护理干预。对比两组患者干预后的焦虑[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、抑郁[抑郁自评量表(SDS)]水平和治疗依从性。结果试验组干预后的SAS、SDS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组干预后的治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效改善维持性血液透析患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and depression in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the department of demodialysis room of Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the traditional nursing,the control group received traditional nursing treatment.The levels of anxiety[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],depression[Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and treatment compliance after intervention were compared between the 2 groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,improve the patients'treatment compliance.
