摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预治疗肝癌患者疼痛的疗效分析。方法将我院肿瘤科治疗的80例肝癌疼痛患者纳入研究对象,时间为2018年2月至2019年2月,随机分为对照组(n=40,采用常规护理)和观察组(n=40,在对照组基础上使用心理护理干预)。比较两组患者的疼痛情况、心理状态、睡眠质量、护理满意率。结果护理后,观察组VAS疼痛评分、SCL-90评分、PSQI评分、护理满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预治疗肝癌患者疼痛的疗效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善其心理状态,从而提升睡眠质量,护理满意率较高。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of pain in patients with liver cancer.Methods Eighty patients with pain of liver cancer treated in the department of oncology of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=40)received psychological nursing intervention on this basis to compare the pain,psychological state,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group's VAS pain score,SCL-90 score,PSQI score,and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has a significant effect on the treatment of pain in patients with liver cancer.It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve their psychological state,thereby improving the quality of sleep,and the nursing satisfaction rate is high.
