摘要
目的研究中医针灸与康复训练结合治疗脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法从本院2018年4月至2019年4月接受的脑卒中患者中抽取120例,根据数字单双原则随机双数患者划分为对照组,将单数患者划分为观察组,各组均60例。结果观察组患者治疗后MMSE(简明智力状态检查量表)评分、BI(Barthel指数)评分相较于对照组均显著的提高,CSS(肢体活动评分)相较于对照组显著的降低(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗效果相较于对照组得到了显著的提升(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者临床治疗期间实行中医针灸与康复训练相结合的方式进行治疗,可以在很大程度上改善患者的MMSE评分、CSS评分、BI评分,提升整体的治疗效果水平,缓解患者的症状,十分有利于患者的康复治疗。
Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke patients.Methods One hundred twenty cases of stroke patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of single and double digits,with 60 cases in each group.Results After treatment,MMSE(mini-mental state examination)and BI(self-care ability score)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and CSS(Toronto limb activity score)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation training can improve the MMSE score,CSS score and Bi score of stroke patients to a great extent,improve the overall treatment effect level,relieve the symptoms of patients,which is very conducive to the rehabilitation treatment of patients.
