摘要
针对沿海地区海上风电入网给电力系统安全稳定运行带来的挑战,提出一种海上风电与可变速海水抽水蓄能电站联合运行系统多时间尺度优化调度方法。首先,基于海上风电特性的研究建立了弹性电价优化模型。其次,日前阶段以运行成本最小为目标、以运行安全为约束,协调优化海蓄机组的出力;实时阶段基于海上风电超短期预测修正海蓄出力,减小联络线功率波动。该方法以不同时间尺度的预测数据为基础,通过层层递进滚动优化的方式,兼顾安全稳定与经济效益的同时提高了风电外送能力。以实际海上风电场为算例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In view of the challenges of offshore wind power to the safe and stable operation of the power system in coastal areas,a multi-time scale optimal dispatching method for a combined system of offshore wind power and variable-speed seawater pumped storage power station is proposed.First,based on the research of offshore wind power characteristics,an optimization model of elastic electricity price is established.Second,with the minimum operation cost as the goal and the operation safety as the constraint in the previous day stage,the output of seawater pumped storage units is optimized.In the real-time stage,based on the ultra short-term prediction of offshore wind power,the operation schedule of seawater pumped storage is adjusted to reduce the power fluctuation of the transmission line.Based on the predicted data of different time scales,this method improves the wind power transmission capacity while taking into account the safety and stability and economic benefits through progressive rolling optimization.By taking an actual offshore wind farm as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified in this article.
