摘要
子宫腺肌病是严重影响女性生活质量的良性妇科疾病,其主要的根治方法是子宫切除术。磁共振引导聚焦超声术(MRgFUS)作为近些年兴起的一项无创治疗技术,在子宫腺肌病治疗方面取得了一定进展,其安全性和有效性得到初步认可。该治疗可能不影响患者妊娠和分娩过程;联合药物治疗还可以进一步提高疗效。这或许给未来有生育需求的女性患者提供了一种保宫的治疗选择。为此,本文对MRgFUS在子宫腺肌病治疗中的应用进展予以介绍。
Adenomyosis is a benign gynecological disease that seriously affects women’s quality of life.The main radical treatment is hysterectomy.As a non-invasive treatment technology rising in recent years,magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound surgery(MRgFUS)has made some progress in the treatment of adenomyosis,and its efficacy and safety have been preliminarily recognized.This treatment may not affect the process of pregnancy and childbirth,and its therapeutic effect can be further improved when combined with drug treatment.This may provide a treatment option for female patients with future reproductive needs to retain the uterus.Therefore,this paper will introduce the application value of MRgFUS in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis.
