摘要 目的:研究子宫腺肌症患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脂联素(APN)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达情况。方法:选取49例子宫腺肌症患者作为实验组,45例正常妇女作为对照组,采用ELISA方法及免疫组织化学方法检测子宫腺肌症患者内膜及正常子宫内膜,了解VEGF、脂联素、IGF-1表达情况。结果:VEGF、IGF-1在实验组血清、组织表达水平明显高于对照组,且治疗后明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂联素在实验组血清、组织表达水平明显低于对照组,治疗后血清表达水平较治疗前有明显升高,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:脂联素、VEGF、IGF-1与子宫腺肌症的发生、发展有密切关系。 Objective:To study the expression and significances of VEGF, AP and IGF-1 in adenomyosis. Methods: A total of 49 eutopic endometrium cases were collected as experimental group; meanwhile, 45 healthy cases were collected as control group. Immunohistochemical and ELISA methods were used to detect the expression levels of VEGF, AP and IGF-1, then correlation analysis was conducted. Results: The expression levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). The expression level of AP in serum and tissue of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05), after treatment serum AP expression level were significantly increased. Conclusion.. The expression of VEGF, AP and IGF-1 positively related to the occurrence and progression of adenomysis.
