摘要
目的:探究RhD阴性人群初筛样本的血清学和基因分型结果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年9月-2020年9月接受的102份RhD初筛结果呈阴性样本作为研究对象,采取血清学检测方法对102份RhD初筛结果呈阴性试验者的RhD阴性进行确认,观察试验者RhD阴性确认结果、基因分型结果、RhCcEe表型分布及Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡检验结果。结果:RhD阴性确认结果显示,真阴性为58.82%(60/102),Del阳性为22.55%(23/102),RhD阳性为16.67%(17/102),RhD变异为1.96%(2/102)。本研究102份RhD阴性试验者样本中,ccee表型63例(61.67%),Ccee为26例(25.49%),ccEe为7例(6.86%),CCee为3例(2.94%),CcEe为2例(1.96%),CCEe为1例(0.98%)。经Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡检验,102份RhD阴性标本Rh血型表型频率观察值与期望值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:探究Rh阴性血型个体RHD基因分型特征,能够为稀有血型队伍建设提高一定的数据支撑与依据,能够让RhD阴性患者的临床用血精准化。
Objective:To investigate the serological and genotyping results of the initial screening samples from RhD negative population.Method:A total of 102 RhD samples with negative preliminary screening results received from the hospital of the author from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The RhD negative results of 102 patients with negative initial screening results were confirmed by serological test.The RhD negative confirmation results,genotyping results,rhcEE phenotype distribution and Hardy-Weinberg genetic balance test results were observed.Result:RhD negative confirmation results showed that true negative was 58.82% (60/102),Del positive was 22.55% (23/102),RhD positive was 16.67% (17/102),and RhD variation was 1.96% (2/102).In this study,among 102 RhD-negative test samples,63 cases (61.67%) of ccee phenotype,26 cases (25.49%) of Ccee,7 cases (6.86%) of ccEe,3 cases (2.94%) of CCee,2 cases (1.96%) of CeEe,and 1 case (0.98%) of CCEe were found.By Hardy-Weinberg genetic balance test,there was no significant difference between the observed frequency of Rh blood group phenotype and the expected value in 102 RhD negative samples (P>0.05).Conclusion:Exploring the RHD genotyping characteristics of individuals with Rh-negative blood group can provide certain data support and basis for the construction of rare blood group teams.It can make the clinical blood use of RhD negative patients accurate.
