摘要
目的:研究保肝利水汤治疗阴虚水停型晚期原发性肝癌腹水的临床效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年10月武穴市中医医院诊治的阴虚水停型晚期原发性肝癌腹水患者58例。按照随机数字法分为参照组和研究组,各29例。参照组予以常规治疗,研究组在此基础上予以保肝利水汤治疗。观察对比两组治疗前后生活质量及总体疗效。结果:治疗前两组症状、心理功能、躯体功能和社会功能等评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组上述评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为86.21%,显著高于参照组的65.52%(P<0.05)。结论:在阴虚水停型晚期原发性肝癌腹水的治疗中予以保肝利水汤效果确切,更有利于提升总体疗效,改善患者生活质量,具有大量推广应用的高度价值。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Baogan Lishui Decoction in the treatment of ascites of advanced primary liver cancer with Yin deficiency and water stagnation.Method:Fifty-eight patients with advanced primary liver cancer ascites diagnosed and treated from November 2019 to October 2020 Wuxue Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group by random number method,29 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine treatment,and the research group was given Baogan Lishui Decoction on this basis.Observed and compared the quality of life and the overall efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of symptoms,psychological function,physical function and social function between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the study group were all higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 86.21%,which was significantly higher than 65.52% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of ascites of advanced primary liver cancer with Yin deficiency and water stagnation,Baogan Lishui Decoction has a definite effect,which is more beneficial to the improvement of the overall efficacy and the quality of life of the patients,and has a high value of extensive promotion and application.
