摘要
铁矿球团在还原过程中通常会伴随体积的膨胀,如果发生异常膨胀或恶性膨胀则会严重妨碍炼铁生产的顺行。开展铁矿球团还原膨胀机理和影响因素研究,有利于制备出低还原膨胀率球团,改善高炉运行状况。从物相转变、铁晶须生长、还原反应速率以及碳沉积等方面归纳了引发铁矿球团还原膨胀的机理。指出了生产工艺制度、熔剂、杂质元素以及还原气氛等因素对球团还原膨胀产生造成的影响,并针对不同影响因素的还原膨胀抑制方法进行了简要评述。
The volume expansion of iron ore pellets usually occur in the process of reduction,and abnormal expansion or malignant expansion will seriously hinder the stable running of iron making production.The research on reduction expansion mechanism and influencing factors of iron ore pellets is beneficial to the preparation of low reduction expansion rate pellets and the improvement of blast furnace operation.The mechanism of swelling caused by different influencing factors was summarized from the microcosmic perspective of phase transformation,iron whisker growth,reduction reaction rate,and carbon deposition.Meanwhile,the effects of the production process system,flux,impurity elements,and reducing atmosphere on the reduction and expansion of pellets were pointed out.And the reduction expansion inhibition methods for different influencing factors were briefly reviewed.
