摘要
随着农业人口老龄化日益严重和劳动力价格的上升,小农户采用传统农业生产方式面临较大挑战,导致对全程机械化生产的需求愈发迫切。本文基于花生主产区河南和山东两省1171户小农户的调研数据,实证研究农机社会化服务对小农户有机衔接全程机械化的影响。研究发现,农机社会化服务能够显著促进小农户有机衔接全程机械化;分环节讨论,耕地服务、播种服务和收获服务对小农户有机衔接全程机械化具有正向影响,然而田间管理服务则有明显的抑制效应,利用倾向得分匹配法处理内生性问题并检验得出回归结果具有较好的稳健性;扩展性分析发现,全程农机社会化服务比部分农机社会化服务更有利于小农户有机衔接全程机械化。因此,本文提出建立健全面向小农户的农机社会化服务体系,支持专项服务与综合服务协调发展,是促进小农户有机衔接全程机械化的重要路径。
With the increasingly serious aging of the agricultural population and rising labor prices,small farmers are facing greater challenges in applying traditional agricultural production methods,resulting in increasingly urgent demand for full mechanized production.Based on the survey data of 1171 small farmers in Henan and Shandong provinces,the main peanut-producing areas,this paper empirically studies the impact of socialized agricultural machinery services on small farmers’mechanization.The study found that agricultural machinery socialization services can significantly promote the mechanization of smallholder farmers’connections throughout the process;divided into sections,arable land services,seeding services,and harvesting services have a positive impact on small farmers’integration of the entire mechanization process,but field management services have a significant inhibitory effect.The use of propensity score matching method to deal with endogenous problems and test the regression results have better robustness;scalability analysis found that the whole process of agricultural machinery socialization service is more conducive to small farmers to connect to the whole process of mechanization than some agricultural machinery socialization services.Therefore,this article proposes that the establishment and improvement of a socialized agricultural machinery service system for smallholder farmers and supporting the coordinated development of special services and comprehensive services are an important path to promote smallholder farmers’organic connection and full mechanization.
