爆珠滤棒成型设备无损上料技术的研究与应用

摘要 国内爆珠香烟生产设备的爆珠上料环节主要停留在人工上料和部分不稳定的高压风送等阶段,时常产生断料、堵料、爆珠损坏或发软等情况。文中对爆珠滤棒成型设备无损上料技术进行开发研究,实现爆珠定量稳定的无损自动上料,且兼容各种爆珠滤嘴棒成型设备,从而降低生产成本,减少爆珠滤棒的质量隐患和设备停机率。 The charging process of the pop-up cigarettes production machines mainly stays at the stage of manual feeding and partial unstable high-pressure air supply,which often leads to material breakage,blockage,damage or softening of burst beads.This paper researches and develops non-destructive feeding technology of bead filter rod forming equipment to realize the stable and non-destructive automatic feeding of the blasting bead theorem,and it is compatible with the current popular bead filter rod forming equipment,so as to reduce the production cost,reduce the quality hidden danger of the bead filter rod and the equipment shutdown rate.
