摘要
目前,在温室里智能化种植各种植物、花卉成为一种新时代的休闲方式。为此,针对小型温室内植物栽培种植,搭建了一种温室智能种植系统。系统基于家庭与科研用小型温室,利用Mitsubishi FX1N PLC附带Kinco触摸屏及GRM无线通讯模块,实现人机交互、远程控制功能,完成种植穴盘的自动输送、种植对象的自动浇水、长势监测等功能。系统远程控制利用Android手机作为终端,采集的信息可以传到云端及控制器上,并通过云端把当前数据实时上传到APP端和WEB端,同时数据保存在云服务器的微控制器上,实现与云端及UI的通信。运行试验结果表明:系统能够完成自动输送、自动浇水及长势监测等功能,并可通过数据库调取植物长势图片。
Intelligent planting of various plants and flowers in the greenhouse has become a new era of leisure.Internet-based automated agriculture is the direction and trend of modern agricultural development.Therefore,this paper aims to plant and grow plants in small greenhouses.Greenhouse intelligent planting system.The system is based on a small greenhouse for home and research,using Mincoishi FX1N PLC with Kinco touch screen,and GRM wireless communication module to realize human-computer interaction,remote control planting system,automatic transfer of planting trays,automatic watering of planting objects,growth Monitoring and other functions.The remote control of the system utilizes the Android mobile phone as the terminal,and the collected information can be transmitted to the cloud and the controller on the one hand,and the current data can be uploaded to the APP end and the WEB end in real time through the cloud,and the data can be saved in the cloud server.On the microcontroller,and communicate with the cloud and UI.Through running the test,the results show that the system can complete the functions of automatic transportation,automatic watering,growth monitoring,etc.,and can successfully retrieve the plant growth pictures through the database.
