摘要
不孕症发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,中医分型中宫寒型不孕症所占比例较大,中医学理论认为宫寒型不孕症的病因病机为肾-天癸-冲任失调、胞宫失养等。中医药治疗宫寒型不孕症方法多样,如辨证内服中药的运用、姜疗、针灸治疗、穴位贴敷疗法等,疗效较肯定。现从中医角度综述宫寒型不孕症的病因病机和治疗进展。
The incidence of infertility is increasing year by year.The proportion of uterine cold-type infertility in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classification of infertility is relatively large.According to the theory of TCM,the etiology and pathogenesis of uterine cold-type infertility are the dysfunction of the kidney-Tiangui-Chong Ren meridian,and subsequent uterine dystrophy,etc.There are various methods for treating uterine cold-type infertility with traditional Chinese medicine,such as the application of TCM based on syndrome differentiation,ginger moxibustion therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,acupoint sticking therapy,which have achieved desired therapeutic effect.This paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment progress of uterine cold-type infertility from the perspective of TCM.
