摘要
中西方文化的母体和主流医学不同,中西方营养学发展和成熟的土壤也不同,因此,造就了存在众多差异的中西方传统营养学,如营养素与注重整体、实验和实用、"微量"与"常量"营养素、"标准化"与"个体化"、服"药"与"生活化"以及体系的开放与否等。中医营养学的诸多优势,正在得到广泛的认同和传播。深入了解中西方营养学的差异,结合中国国情,揉合现代营养学的要素,建立带有时代特征的现代中医营养学,才是最适合于现代中国人的营养学,是当今社会应该积极普及的生活科学与生活文化。
Because the difference between Chinese and western culture matrix and mainstream medicine as well as the soil of the development and maturity, there are many differences between Chinese and western nutrition, such as nutrients and attention to the integral view, experiments and practice, trace and constant nutrients, standardization and individualization, taking medicine and life and the system of open or not, etc. The advantages of TCM nutrition are of wide spread recognition. Through in - depth understanding of Chinese and western nutrition and combining with China's national conditions and the blending elements of modem nutrition, we can set up with times characteristics of modem Chinese medicine nutrition, and she is the most suitable life science and culture for the modern Chinese and should be actively popularized in today's society.
