摘要
目的:观察针刺蝶腭穴结合谢氏“温督祛霾”针法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,研究该疗法的有效性、安全性及治疗机制,并形成规范化治疗方案。方法:2019年4月1日~2020年6月1日,将120例经中医辨证为虚寒型的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各60例,治疗组选用针刺蝶腭穴结合谢氏“温督祛霾”针法治疗,对照组选用针刺蝶腭穴的方法治疗,4周为一个疗程。结果:治疗4周后治疗组显效率为86.67%,高于对照组的61.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者主要症状、体征积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疗后实验室指标外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、血清免疫球蛋白E低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺蝶腭穴与谢氏“温督祛霾”针法二者组合,优势互补,优于单一疗法单刺蝶腭穴,且能明显降低患者血清中外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、血清免疫球蛋白E。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needling at sphenopalatine point combined with Xie's"Wen Du Qu Mai"acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,in order to evaluate the effectiveness,safety and mechanism of this treatment,and form a standardized treatment plan.Methods:From April 1,2019 to June 1,2020,120 cases of allergic rhinitis patients diagnosed as deficiency-cold type by Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by needling at sphenopalatine point combined with Xie's"Wen Du Qu Mai"acupuncture therapy,while the control group was treated by acupuncture at the sphenopalatine point only,with four weeks as one course of treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,higher than 61.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main symptoms and signs scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the laboratory indexes of the treatment group included peripheral blood eosinophils and the serum immunoglobulin E in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination needling at sphenopalatine point and Xie's"Wen Du Qu Mai"acupuncture therapy has complementary advantages,which is superior than the single therapy of needling at sphenopalatine point,and can significantly reduce the peripheral blood eosinophils and the serum immunoglobulin E.
