摘要
总结针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制研究成果,为临床应用提供更多依据。通过检索CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed等数据库,选取国内外近10年来具有代表性的相关文献,从针刺、艾灸、穴位敷贴、穴位注射、穴位埋线、拔罐等方面总结近10年来针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的实验及临床研究进展。研究表明,针灸可以通过调节Th1/Th2平衡、降低血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平、减少鼻黏膜炎性细胞浸润、调节P物质水平等途径对本病产生治疗作用。并且指出目前相关研究中所存在的问题和不足,从而为进一步研究提供了思路。
To summarize research achievements in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis and provide more bases for clinical application. Databases CNKI, Wangfang, Vip and Pubmed were searched to retrieve related representative literature published at home and abroad in recent 10 years. Recent 10 years＇ advances in experimental and clinical studies on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis were summarized from acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint application, acupuncture point injection, acupoint catgut embedding and cupping. The studies have showed that acupuncture and moxibustion can produce a therapeutic effect on this disease by restoring Th1/Th balance, decreasing serum immunoglobulin E（Ig E） levels, reducing nasal mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration and regulating substance P levels. The article points out the problems and shortcomings in the present related studies to provide an idea for further study.
