摘要
目的:探讨个体化强度运动康复治疗代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年5月至2019年2月于重庆医科大学附属康复医院就诊的代谢综合征患者60例,随机分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。所有患者在治疗前后分别完成人体参数指标、代谢指标测定和心肺运动试验。实验组在原有药物治疗的基础上,进行12周的个体化强度运动康复训练,对照组采用常规药物治疗,不进行运动干预。结果:(1)人体参数指标与代谢指标:治疗后,实验组腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较运动前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组体重、BMI、WC、TG、FBG、Hb A1c、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、SBP、DBP较实验前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组中有22例代谢指标异常数目减少,对照组有10例,两组比较代谢指标异常数目改善情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)减药情况:实验组患者经过运动康复治疗后,有16例患者药物用量减少,占实验组人数的53.33%,不同病程患者均有可能减少药物服用量。结论:个体化强度运动康复能安全有效地降低代谢综合征患者的腰围、血压,改善血脂、血糖代谢水平,并可在一定程度上减少药物的服用量。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized intensity exercise rehabilitation on patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).MethodsTotally 60 MS patients admitted to The Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between May 2017 and February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an exercise group and a control group,each of 30.Both groups were given routine medication,while the exercise group was additionally provided with 12-week individualized intensity exercise rehabilitation.ResultsAs for metabolic indicators and human body parameters,after the intervention,the average waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the average body weight,body mass index(BMI),WC,triglyceride(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).However,no significant improvement was observed in the average weight,BMI,WC,TG,FBG,HbA1 c,HDL-C,SBP and DBP of the control group(P>0.05).The number of abnormal metabolic indexes in the experimental group decreased by 22,showing significant improvement compared with 10 of the control group(P<0.01).For drug reduction,after the intervention,16 patients decreased their drug consumption,accounting for 53.33%of the total number of patients in the experimental group.ConclusionIndividualized intensity exercise rehabilitation can reduce WC and blood pressure,blood fat and glucose,as well as the drug administration to a certain extent.
