摘要
图书馆作为学校教育教学体系中最为重要的基础设施之一,具有极高的教育价值,是促进学生全面发展的重要因素。学校要通过优化图书馆图书结构、构建信息化管理平台、提升图书管理人员的综合素养、引导学生积极参与管理、做好图书馆的日常管理工作、充分发挥图书馆的服务功能、建立完善的管理体制,不断提升图书馆管理质量。
As one of the most important infrastructure in school education and teaching system,library has high educational value and is an important factor to promote students'all round development.The school should optimize the library book structure,build an information management platform,improve the comprehensive quality of library management personnel,guide students to actively participate in the management,do a good job in the daily management of the library,give full play to the service function of the library,and establish a perfect management system to continuously improve the quality of library management.
