摘要
相对于我国基础教育教师队伍,图书馆队伍专业素质普遍偏低,继续教育又未受到普遍重视。这一状况,必须尽快改变。提出了中小学图书馆员继续教育应从建立政策支持体系和确立省级教育学院图书馆教学主导地位入手,并坚持补缺、更新和拓展相结合的培养目标。
Compared with the teachers working in the field of foundation education, the librarians are weak in their professional knowledge, and they have paid little attention to the continual education, which should be improved as so on as possible. We hold that policy SuPport and the leading position of provincial institute in education are necessary to the librarians' continual education in primary schools. We should persist in the training target that adding, renewing and broadening are combined together.
