摘要
目的通过分析西安市医疗机构使用中消毒液有效成分含量与染菌量监测数据,了解使用中消毒液合格情况,规范消毒液的使用,有效控制医源性感染的发生。方法采集医疗机构使用中消毒液,按照《消毒技术规范(2002)》进行卫生学评价。结果2016年-2019年共监测西安市医疗机构使用中消毒液606份,总合格率为71.8%,4年合格率分别为85.4%.78.0%.69.4%、52.9%,呈逐年下降趋势。其中,0.5%碘伏合格率最高(99.4%),含氯消毒液合格率最低(55.3%)。重点科室使用中消毒液合格率(72.7%)高于普通临床科室(70.8%);市管医疗机构使用中消毒液合格率(78.3%)高于非市管医疗机构(68.1%)。结论应加强对西安市非市管医疗机构使用中消毒液质量监管与使用培训,在关注重点科室的同时也应重视普通临床科室,特别是需加强对含氯消毒液配制与使用的管理与监测,以保证消毒效果避免院内感染的发生。
Objective By analyzing the monitoring data of the contents of active ingredients and the amount of bacteria in the use of disinfectant in medical institutions in Xi'an,understand the quality of the use of disinfectant in Xian medical institutions and standardize the use of disinfectant and prevent and control the infection in hospital.Methods The disinfectant used in medical institutions were ollected and proceeded hygienic evaluation according to Technical Standard For Disinfections(2002).Results From 2016 to 2019,a total of 606 samples were monitored in Xi'an medical institutions,and the qualified rate was 71.8%.The 4-year qualified rate was 85.4%,78.0%,69.4%and 52.9%,respectively,showing a downward trend year by year.The qualfcation rate of iodophor was the highest(99.4%)and the qualification rate of chlorine disinfectors was the lowest(55.3%).The qualifed rate of key departments(72.7%)was higher than that of general hospital(70.8%).The qualified rale of municipal medical institutions(78.3%)was higher than that of non-municipal medical institutions(68.1%).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and training on the use of disinfectant in non-municipal medical institutions in Xi'an.While in addition to the key departments,we should also pay attention to the general clinical departments.In particular,it is necessary to strengthen the management and monitoring of preparation and use of chlorine disin-fectors so as to ensure the disinfection effect and avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
