基于微课的探究式教学模式对“外科护理学”教学效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究微课的探究式教学模式在"外科护理学"中的应用教学效果,分析其应用价值和前景,为教学模式的创新提供参考。方法:选取我校2017级护理学本科190名学生作为研究对象,按上课班级随机分为对照组及实验组,分别实施常规传统课堂教学和基于微课的探究式教学,并对比两组学生的考核成绩和教学满意度。结果:实验组同学的理论考试成绩和实验操作考试成绩均显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学结束后共计回收190份有效问卷,实验组对于基于微课的探究式教学方法各方面满意度均显著高于对照组,综合满意度也显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:在"外科护理学"教学中应用微课探究式教学模式可提高教学效果,促进学生理论知识和实践操作能力的提高,教学满意度较高,在教学中应用价值较高,值得推广。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of the exploratory teaching mode of micro-class in Surgical Nursing,and analyze its application value and prospect,so as to provide reference for the innovation of the teaching mode.Methods A total of 190 nursing undergraduate students from Grade 2017 in our school were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to class and class.Conventional traditional classroom teaching and micro-class-based inquiry-based teaching were implemented respectively.Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).A total of 190 valid questionnaires were collected after the end of teaching.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in all aspects of the inquiry teaching method based on micro-lesson,and the comprehensive satisfaction was also significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the inquiry teaching mode in the teaching of surgical nursing can improve the teaching effect,promote the improvement of students’theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability,the teaching satisfaction is higher,and the application value in teaching is higher,and it is worth popularizing.
