摘要
目的:探究急性脑外伤患者诊断中CT与MRI的应用差异。方法:择选2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的急性颅脑损伤患者97例为研究对象,所有患者在受伤3d内均接受CT和MRI检查。分别记录两种方法的诊断准确率。并对比两种方法在特殊部位的检出率。结果:MRI检查的诊断准确率为90.72%(88例),而CT检查的诊断准确率仅有76.28%(74例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特殊部位检出率方面,两种方法对于硬膜下血肿和硬膜外血肿的诊断,差异不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。CT在蛛网膜下腔出血诊断方面,要比MRI敏感,MRI在脑深部挫伤和脑叶挫裂伤的诊断方面,对CT更为敏感,差异统计学有意义,P<0.05。结论:MRI在急性脑外伤患者的诊断中具有更高的应用价值,CT也是一种重要的诊断方法,临床应用选择应以实际需要为准则。
Objective:To explore the difference in the application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute brain injury patients.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,97 patients with acute craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations within 3 days of injury.Record the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods respectively.And compare the detection rate of the two methods in special parts.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the MRI group was 90.72%(88 cases),while the diagnostic accuracy rate of the CT group was only 76.28%(74 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the detection rate of special parts,the difference between the two methods for the diagnosis of subdural hematoma and epidural hematoma was not statistically significant,P>0.05.CT is more sensitive than MRI in the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.MRI is more sensitive to CT in the diagnosis of deep brain contusions and lobar contusions.The difference is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:MRI has higher application value in the diagnosis of patients with acute brain injury.CT is also an important diagnostic method.The choice of clinical application should be based on actual needs.
