摘要
胰腺癌是一种起病隐匿、易转移、死亡率高、预后差的消化系统肿瘤。中焦脾胃是气机升降的枢纽,无论是枢纽或是其他脏器,均对全身气机的运行有一定的影响,文章通过探讨胰与脾的关系,认为正虚是胰腺癌发病的根本原因,气机升降失调是胰腺癌的基本病机。治疗胰腺癌应当在调气的基础上,攻补适宜。
Pancreatic cancer is a digestive system tumor with hidden onset,easy metastasis,high mortality and poor prognosis.Spleen and stomach are the hub of qi movement,and both spleen and stomach and other organs have certain influence on the whole body's qi movement.By discussing the relationship between pancreas and spleen,it is believed that positive deficiency is the fundamental cause of pancreatic cancer and qi movement disorder is the basic pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.The treatment of pancreatic cancer should be based on regulating qi.
