摘要
目的 观察补气通络解毒方联合GEMOX(吉西他汀+奥沙利铂)方案治疗对中晚期胰腺癌(PC)CT影像学变化的影响。方法 将我院60例中晚期PC患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组采用GEMOX方案治疗,治疗组采用补气通络解毒方联合GEMOX方案治疗。比较两组客观有效率(RR)、卡氏评分(KPS)评分、糖链蛋白(CA)19-9、CA424、癌胚抗原(CEA)、证候和副反应量表(TESS)评分以及平扫、动脉期、延迟期CT值。结果 治疗后,治疗组RR与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组KPS评分好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CA19-9、CA424、CEA水平低于治疗前,治疗组CA19-9、CA424、CEA水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组证候评分降低,TESS评分增加,治疗组证候评分低于对照组,TESS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组平扫、动脉期、延迟期CT值低于治疗前,治疗组平扫、动脉期、延迟期CT值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补气通络解毒方联合GEMOX方案治疗中晚期PC患者疗效较好,能显著提高患者体力状况,降低肿瘤标志物水平,改善证候,减少副反应发生,降低CT值。
Objective To observe the effect of Buqi Tongluo Jiedu Prescription combined with GEMOX(gemcitatin+oxaliplatin)regimen on CT imaging changes of advanced pancreatic cancer(PC).Methods Sixty patients with advanced stage PC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Control group was treated with GEMOX regimen,while treatment group was treated with Buqi Tongluo Jiedu Prescription on the basis of control group.The objective response rate(RR),KPS score,glycoprotein(CA)19-9,CA424,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),syndrome and side effect scale(TESS)scores,CT values on plain scan,arterial phase,and delayed phase were compared between the two groups.Results Afer treatment,there was no significant difference in RR between the two groups(P>0.05);the improvement rate of KPS score in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the levels of CA19-9,CA424,and CEA were lower in both groups than those before treatment,and were lower in obseration group than control group(P<0.05);the syndrome score decreased and the TESS score increased in both groups.The syndrome score in treatment group was lower than control group,while the TESS score was higher than control group(P<0.05);the CT values of plain scan,arterial phase,and delayed phase were lower in the two groups than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buqi Tongluo Jiedu Prescription and GEMOX regimen is effective in treatment of advanced PC,which significantly improves the physical condition of patients,reduces the level of tumor markers,improves syndromes,reduces the occurrence of side effects,and reduces CT values.
