摘要
膝骨关节病即膝OA,临床也称之为膝退行性骨关节病,属于发生频率较高的一种社会劳动力疾病,有资料统计,膝OA临床发病率在医院门诊膝痛患者中的占比超过50%,且该病好发于中老年群体,发病后会严重破坏患者的身体健康属性。目前临床诊断膝骨关节病的方案主要有两种,其一为X射线摄片,其二为参考患者的临床表现。其中X射线摄片方案诊断更具有准确性,且操作较为简便,不会给患者家庭造成经济负担,因此逐渐成为临床动态观察膝OA的常规技术。本研究为深入分析X射线摄片技术在膝骨关节病临床诊断中的应用情况,结合既有研究资料展开综述,希望可以为相关人员提供有价值的参考。
Knee osteoarthropathy,or knee OA,is also clinically called knee degenerative osteoarthrosis,which is a social labor disease with a high frequency of occurrence.According to statistics,the clinical incidence of knee OA is in the outpatient department of the hospital.The proportion of patients is more than 50%,and the disease is more likely to occur in middle-aged and elderly people.After the onset,it will seriously damage the physical health of patients.At present,there are two main clinical methods for the diagnosis of knee osteoarthropathy,one is X-ray photography,and the other is the clinical manifestations of reference patients.Among them,the diagnosis of X-ray film plan is more accurate,and the operation is relatively simple,and will not cause economic burden to the patient’s family,so it has gradually become a routine technique for clinical dynamic observation of knee OA.The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of X-ray radiography in the clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis,and combine existing research data to conduct a review,hoping to provide valuable reference for relevant personnel.
