摘要
目的探讨低场强磁共振成像在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2013年12月70例经手术证实为膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的低场强MRI图像。结果 70例患者MRI图像能清晰显示关节软骨、滑膜、半月板和骨质的损伤及关节腔积液,较传统X线检查有明显的优势。结论低场强MRI可以全面精确地显示膝关节退行性骨关节病的程度,对于膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To summarize the imaging features of degenerative knee osteoarthritis during the scanning process of low-ifeld MRI and explore the clinical value of low-ifeld MRI in diagnosing degenerative knee osteoarthritis.Methods The low-field MRI images of 70 patients who were confirmed as knee degenerative osteoarthritis by surgeries from January 2011 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe MRI images could clearly show the lesions of cartilago articularis, synovialis, meniscus and sclerotin as well as arthroedema, which indicated that low-ifeld MRI had obvious advantages over traditional X-ray.Conclusion Low-ifeld MRI which can accurately display the degree of degenerative knee osteoarthritis plays an important role in diagnosing degenerative knee osteoarthritis.
