摘要
目的探讨低场MRI对膝关节退行性骨关节的诊断价值。方法对经手术、关节镜或临床证实的60例(65个)膝关节退行性骨关节病的低场MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果低场MRI能较好地显示膝关节关节软骨、半月板、骨质及韧带等变性、损伤,较传统X线检查有明显优势。结论低场MRI对膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis ot degenerative os- teoarthrosis of knee joints. Methods A total of 60 patients with knee degenerative osteoarthrosis ( 65 joints) surgically or arthro- scopically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed by means of reviewing their low-field MRI findings. Results Low-field MRI could clearly demonstrate all the lesions in degenerative osteoarthrosis, including denuded articular cartilage, torn and degenerative meniscal fibrocartilage, subchondral osteonecrosis and chronic ligament injuries. The accuracy of low-field MRI diagnosis was supe- rior to that of radiography. Conclusion Low-field MRI is clinically valuable in the diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joints.
