藤茶黄酮对抗旱王后备母牛生长发育及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究藤茶黄酮对抗旱王后备母牛生长发育及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取10头6月龄左右抗旱王后备母牛,将其分为2个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1.5 g/(头·d)的藤茶黄酮混合型饲料添加剂(藤茶黄酮≥0.5%),试验期30 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重、体高、体直长和血糖浓度有增长趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在试验条件下可得出,日粮中添加藤茶黄酮对抗旱王后备母牛的生长发育、适应能力和抗逆性有一定的促进作用。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of droughtmaster cow,and provide theoretical support for the application of ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids in reserve cattle breeding.In this experiment,10 droughtmaster cows around 6 months old were selected and divided into two treatment groups.The control group was fed with basic diet;the experimental group was supplemented with 1.5 g/(head·d)ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids mixed feed additive(ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids≥0.5%)to basic diet.The test period was 30 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain,body height,body length,and blood glucose concentration of the experimental group showed an increasing trend,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Under the experimental conditions,it concluded that the addition of ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids in the diet had a certain promotion effect on the growth performance,adaptability and stress resistance of the droughtmaster cow.
