摘要
目的:探究多元化疼痛护理配合心理支持对宫颈癌患者术后疼痛、心理应激及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年10月山东省菏泽市立医院肿瘤科宫颈癌患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组39例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上进行多元化疼痛护理配合心理支持,比较2组术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛程度,采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估护理前、后宫颈癌术后患者心理应激水平和睡眠质量。结果:观察组术后3 d、7 d疼痛程度均低于对照组,且随着护理时间延长,2组术后疼痛程度呈逐渐下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后2组SCL90、PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化疼痛护理配合心理支持可显著缓解宫颈癌患者术后疼痛程度,改善心理应激水平,提升睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of diversified pain nursing combined with psychological support on postoperative pain,psychological stress and sleep quality of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,78 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the oncology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by the envelope method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,while observation group received diversified pain nursing combined with psychological support on the basis of routine nursing.Pain levels of the two groups were compared at 1 d,3 d,and 7 d after operation.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate postoperative psychological stress level and sleep quality of patients before and after nursing.Results:The pain level of observation group was lower than that of control group at 3 and 7 days after operation.With the prolongation of nursing time,the postoperative pain degree of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).After nursing,the SCL-90 and PSQI scores of the two groups were decreased,and the decreases in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified pain nursing combined with psychological support can significantly relieve postoperative pain of cervical cancer patients,and improve psychological stress level and sleep quality.
