摘要
“十四五”时期云南省全面建设社会主义生态现代化、推进生态文明建设,对云南转变经济发展方式、调整优化产业结构、加快技术进步、有效降低能耗和实现可持续发展,具有重要意义。基于对新时代云南生态文明建设路径的研究,在对其特征和内容进行系统梳理的基础上,分析了新时代云南生态文明建设中确立生态文化体系、促进绿色生态发展、防治生态环境污染和完善生态文明制度的主要路径内容,结合生态文明建设发展的基本现状和所取得的主要成效,在此基础上剖析了“十四五”时期云南生态文明建设面临的形势和任务,并提出云南生态文明建设推动绿色低碳发展、改善区域生态环境和筑牢国家西南生态安全屏障的路径与对策,以期为“十四五”时期云南生态文明建设提供参考。
During the“fourteenth five year plan”period,the comprehensive construction of socialist ecological modernization and the promotion of ecological civilization in Yunnan Province are of great significance to the transformation of economic development mode,the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,the acceleration of technological progress,the effective reduction of energy consumption and the realization of sustainable development.Based on the research progress of the path of ecological civilization construction in Yunnan in the new era,this paper analyzes the main path contents of establishing ecological culture system,promoting green ecological development,preventing and controlling ecological environmental pollution and establishing ecological civilization system in the construction of ecological civilization in Yunnan in the new era.Combined with the basic situation and main achievements of the construction and development of ecological civilization,this paper analyzes the situation and tasks of the construction of ecological civilization in Yunnan during the“fourteenth five year plan”period,and puts forward the paths and countermeasures for the construction of ecological civilization in Yunnan to promote green and low-carbon development,improve the regional ecological environment,and strengthen the National Southwest ecological security barrier,in order to provide reference for the construction of ecological civilization in Yunnan during the“fourteenth five year plan”.
