摘要
近年来,南阳市稳步推进高效生态经济示范市建设,成果显著,但是从总体来看,还有很多制约因素。本文深入探究南阳高效生态经济示范市建设的现状,总结出主要的制约因素,从自然环境、社会民生、经济发展三方面提出推进南阳高效生态经济示范市的建议与对策,并结合实际情况,论证其可行性。一是加强空间分区,优化空间开发布局;二是升级产业结构,构建高效生态经济产业体系;三是积极推进环境综合整治,强化绿色低碳发展;四是节约利用资源,构建可持续发展体系;五是加强全民生态文明宣传,培育生态文化体系。
In recent years,Nanyang City has steadily promoted the construction of a high-efficiency ecological economy demonstration city,with remarkable results,but overall,there are still many constraints.This paper deeply explores the status quo of the construction of a high-efficiency ecological economy demonstration city in Nanyang,summarizes the main restrictive factors,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the high-efficiency ecological economy demonstration city of Nanyang from the three aspects of natural environment,social people's livelihood and economic development,and then demonstrates its feasibility based on the actual situation.The first is to strengthen the space division and optimize the layout of space development;the second is to upgrade the industrial structure and build an efficient eco-economic industrial system;the third is to actively promote the comprehensive improvement of the environment and strengthen green and low-carbon development;the fourth is to save resources and build a sustainable development system;the fifth is to strengthen the propaganda of national ecological civilization and cultivate an ecological cultural system.
