摘要
目的观察中药包热敷联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取类风湿性关节炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法,分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组采用中药包热敷+甲氨蝶呤片+非甾体抗炎药物治疗;对照组采用甲氨蝶呤片+非甾体抗炎药物治疗。比较2组的治疗效果、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)及西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(The western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis,WOMAC)。结果治疗后,研究组总反应率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的VAS、WOMAC评分均有不同程度的下降与改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,研究组上述指标比对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药包热敷联合甲氨蝶呤片比单用甲氨蝶呤片治疗临床疗效更显著,可提升治疗效果,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量,完善的护理能保证热敷治疗的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine hot compress combined with methotrexate tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with Chinese medicine hot pack,methotrexate tablets and nsaids.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets and nsaids.Therapeutic effect,Visual analogue scale(VAS)and The western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis(WOMAC)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months,the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the total response rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).VAS and WOMAC scores of the study group decreased and improved to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which,the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine hot compress combined with methotrexate tablets is more effective than that of methotrexate tablets alone,which can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
