摘要
目的观察火针联合火罐治疗哺乳期乳痈临床疗效,并进一步探索优化中医治疗哺乳期乳痈的治疗方案。方法选取符合诊断标准的70例哺乳期乳痈患者为研究对象,随机分为火针火罐治疗组35例,对照组35例,观察期为10 d。治疗组采用贺氏火针点刺局部化脓处,同时予以手法按摩排净脓液,然后在点刺部位拔罐,再依据辨证予以针刺相应穴位,火针及火罐治疗每2~5日1次,针刺治疗每日1次,治疗10 d。对照组予以西医治疗,外敷药物治疗并静脉使用抗生素滴注。2组患者在治疗同时均进行健康宣教。分别评价2组患者视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、包块消除情况、总有效率等指标。结果治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的乳房结节体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针联合火罐治疗哺乳期乳痈有较好的临床效果,能够尽快解除乳房疼痛,消除肿块,不影响哺乳,安全有效,保障了母婴身心健康,降低家庭经济负担。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with fire cupping therapy on carbuncle in lactation period,and to further explore and optimize the therapeutic scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for carbuncle in lactation period.Methods Seventy cases of carbuncle in lactation period patients who met the diagnostic criteria were selected as the experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into the fire needle cupping treatment group of 35 cases and the control group of 35 cases.The observation period was 10 days.Treatment group:The partial suppurative site was pricked with Hershel's fire needle,At the same time,Massage to remove fester,then cupping at the point of puncture,and then acupuncture at corresponding points according to syndrome differentiation.Fire needle and cupping therapy should be given once every 2-5 days,acupuncture therapy should be given once a day,treatment for 10 days.Control group:Western medicine is used for treatment,topical medication and intravenous antibiotic infusion.Both groups received health education at the same time.Pain scores,the lump of condition of elimination,overall penetrance and other indicators were evaluated respectively.Results VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The volume of breast nodules in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fire needle and cupping therapy for carbuncle in lactation period has good clinical effect,can relieve the breast pain as soon as possible,eliminate the mass,do not affect the lactation,is safe and effective,protect the physical and mental health of mothers and infants,reduce the family economic burden.
