摘要
餐厨垃圾产量大、易酸化、易腐烂,处理不当会造成生态环境污染。餐厨垃圾内含有大量蛋白质、有机物,可进行资源化利用,人们应采用特定处理技术,提高餐厨垃圾的利用率。本文首先介绍了传统的餐厨垃圾处理技术,以可持续发展理念为指导,对餐厨垃圾资源化利用展开分析,深度挖掘餐厨垃圾中的资源性成分,论述该行业未来的发展方向,希望早日全面实现餐厨垃圾资源的循环利用。
Food waste is produced in large quantities,easily acidified,and perishable,and improper handling will cause environmental pollution.Food waste contains a lot of protein and organic matter,which can be used as resources,people should adopt specific treatment technologies to increase the utilization rate of food waste.This paper first introduces the traditional food waste treatment technology,guided by the concept of sustainable development,analyzes the resource utilization of food waste,deeply excavates the resource components in the food waste,and discusses the future development direction of the industry,hoping to realize the recycling of food waste resources as soon as possible.
