摘要 随着消费量的持续增长和矿产资源的不断消耗,金属资源的回收利用成为必然趋势。因此,本文探索了真空冶金技术在铜锡分离过程的应用。结果表明,在高温下,铜、锡具有相近的饱和蒸气压,分离难,但在两种金属的熔点温度之间,人们可以确定相关工艺参数进行铜、锡分离,其过程具有高效、无污染、工艺简单、废弃物少等众多优点。 With the continuous growth of consumption and the continuous consumption of mineral resources,the recycling of metal resources has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,this paper explores the application of vacuum metallurgy technology in the separation of copper and tin.The results show that at high temperatures,copper and tin have similar saturated vapor pressures,making it difficult to separate,however,between the melting points of the two metals,people can determine the relevant process parameters for the separation of copper and tin,the process has many advantages such as high efficiency,no pollution,simple process,and less waste.
