摘要 对废镀锡铜料中铜和锡进行回收,可以节约短缺的铜、锡资源,具有良好的经济和社会效益。将废镀锡铜料中铜锡分离后分别进行回收,是回收废镀锡铜料的重要步骤。介绍了化学法、电化学法、化学-电积法和热解法分离回收废镀锡铜料中的铜锡,为实现高效回收废镀锡铜线中的铜和锡提供参考。研究发现明确废镀锡铜料的成分可以更有效地选取合适的分离回收技术,需在前端收集废镀锡铜料时加强分类管理,避免未知杂质混入,有助于实现废镀锡铜线中铜锡高效回收。 Copper and tin recovery from scrapped tinned copper materials could ease the shortage of copper and tin resources,providing good economic and social efficiency. The separation of copper and tin is the significant step of tinned copper materials recycling. Chemical method, electrochemical method, chemistry-electrowinning and pyrolysis method are introduced for the separation and recovery of copper and tin from scrapped tinned copper materials, providing reference for efficient recovery of copper and tin. Clarifying the composition of scrapped tinned copper could efficiently help find proper technology for the separation and recovery of copper and tin. Classification management should be strengthened when collecting scrapped tinned copper materials to avoid unknown impurities mixing, contributing to the highly efficient recovery of copper and tin.
