摘要
以中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库中的图书馆职业研究相关文献为样本,运用可视化分析方法,从发文时间分布、作者、机构、关键词等方面对我国图书馆职业研究热点及主题演化过程进行研究。研究结果表明,图书馆职业研究热点主要包括职业道德、职业能力、职业发展、职业倦怠、职业素养5个方面,未来相关研究将集中于图书馆职业社会支持网络建设、图书馆职业能力转型、图书馆职业实证研究等方面。
This paper takes the relevant literature of library career research in CNKI full-text database as the sample,and uses the visual analysis method to study the hotspots and subject evolution process of library professional research in China from the aspects of time distribution,author,organization and keyword.The research results show that the hotspots of library professional research mainly include five aspects:professional ethics,professional ability,career development,job burnout and professional quality.It is an important research direction to the research of library professional social support network building,library professional ability transformation,and library occupation empirical research.
