摘要
“负责任创新”是近年来欧美国家提出的一种新发展理念,对促进经济、社会与科学技术协调发展具有重要理论价值和现实意义。理工科类大学生作为国家未来技术创新的生力军,亟待加强“负责任创新”教育。为此,从社会整体发展、社会创新主体、创新教育范式、受教育对象成长四个层面回应“负责任创新”教育的现实诉求,遵循“负责任创新”的“预测—反思—协商—反馈”的代表性理论框架来设计“负责任创新”教育的基本要求,最终从从业认证、课程协同、意识培育、文化营造等维度构建具有相对统一价值追求和实践规范的新型创新教育范式,为我国应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,提供服务创新驱动发展新路径,增强高水平创新人才储备。
"Responsible innovation"put forward by European and American countries in recent years has been an emerging development concept,which has important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the coordinated development among economy,society,science and technology.As the fresh force of national technological innovation in the future,university students majoring in science and engineering need to urgently receive more education of"responsible innovation".To this end,the realistic demands of"responsible innovation"education must be responded from four levels:the overall development of society,the social innovative subjects,the educational innovative paradigm,and the growth of educated objects,following the representative theoretical framework of"Responsible innovation"of"forecasting-rethinking-negotiation-feedback"to design the basic requirements of"responsible innovation"education.Finally,a new innovative education paradigm with relatively unified value pursuit and practical norms will be constructed from such dimensions as employment certification,curriculum coordination,consciousness cultivation,and cultural construction,so as to provide a new path with services innovation driving development and enhance the reserve of high-level innovative talents for the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in China.
