摘要
文化教学是对外汉语教学尤其是面向高级水平留学生汉语教学中的重要内容,但其既不同于面向国内学生的文化教育,也不宜直接应用对外汉语教学的常规方式方法。体验式方法建立在经验自然主义和建构主义的基础之上,重视学习者的个体性和差异性,在很多领域的教学中得到广泛应用。与一般性的文化教学相比,对外汉语文化教学更要注重跨文化的因素以及语言文化的内在关系,开展体验式教学具有必要性和可行性。通过讨论高级汉语水平来华留学生的语言特征和文化需求,确定开展体验式文化教学的基本原则,进行教学程序设计和内容设计,并“民以食为天——饮食与中国文化”课程为案例,验证了体验式教学的实施过程与适用性。在此基础上,从文化体验的内涵诠释、文化理解的递进提升、文化视角的多元比较、语言文化的相互融合等4个方面提出关于体验式文化教学的进一步思考。
Culture teaching is an important part of TCSL especially for the foreign students with high-level Chinese proficiency.It is different from culture teaching for Chinese students as well as the ordinary language teaching for foreign students.Experiential learning,which is based on empirical naturalism and constructivism with an emphasis on the chrematistics and differences of learners,is used in many fields.Compared with the culture teaching for Chinese students,teaching Chinese culture to foreign students should pay more attention to the internal relationship between the Chinese language and Chinese culture as well as the cross-cultural factors.The paper discusses the language features and cultural demands of the foreign students with high-level Chinese proficiency,establishes the principles of the experiential teaching on Chinese culture.It designs the teaching procedure and content for the course Chinese Dietary Culture as an empirical study.On this basis,it gives further reflections on the cultural connotations,the enhancement of cultural comprehension,a multi-comparison of different cultural perspectives and the integration of language and culture in connection with experiential culture teaching.
