摘要 神经病理性疼痛是发生在神经系统的一种慢性疾病,炎症反应和中枢敏化是神经病理性疼痛主要的脊髓中枢机制。因其复杂的发病机制致使治疗的难度大,一直是困扰世界的一个难题。近年来,电针对神经病理性疼痛的良好镇痛效果备受关注。本文主要围绕脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neuro-trophic factor,BDNF)介导的磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Protein kinase B,Akt)信号级联反应在神经病理性疼痛的作用进行综述,进一步探讨电针的镇痛机制。 Neuropathic pain is a chronic disease that occurs in the nervous systems.In the spinal cord,the generation of central sensitization and the enhancement of inflammatory response are the main factors leading to the occurrence of neu⁃ropathic pain.The increased difficulty of treatment due to its complicated mechanism is also a problem that plagues the world.In recent years,electroacupuncture(EA)has attracted the attention of researchers because of its good analgesic effect.This paper focuses on the role of the brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)-mediated PI3K/Akt signaling cascade in neuropathic pain to further explore the precise mechanism of EA induced-analgesia.
