摘要
职业院校文化育人体系是在不断的发展、完善的过程中形成的。新时代对职业院校的文化育人提出了新的挑战,不断赋予文化育人以新的时代内涵,因此,职业院校需要建立文化育人内涵的提升机制,重构文化育人体系。职业院校重构文化育人体系需要把握赋予时代内涵、体现顶层设计、树立品牌意识、提升文化自信的原则,探寻重塑文化核心理念、浸润本土文化自信、打造制度保障体系、体现文化素养等路径,打造职业院校特色文化育人品牌。
the cultural education system of vocational colleges is formed in the process of continuous development and improvement.The new era presents new challenges to the cultural education of vocational colleges,and constantly endows cultural education with new era connotation.Therefore,vocational colleges need to establish the promotion mechanism of cultural education connotation and reconstruct the cultural education system.To reconstruct the cultural education system of vocational colleges,we need to grasp the principles of endowing the connotation of the times,reflecting the top-level design,establishing brand awareness and enhancing cultural confidence,explore the paths of reshaping the core concept of culture,infiltrating the local cultural confidence,building the institutional security system and reflecting cultural literacy,so as to create the characteristic cultural education brand of vocational colleges.
