Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with constipation after anal fissure operation. Methods:A total of 90 cases with anal fissure patients in Kangping People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were numbered according to their surname alphabet order.According to the random number table method, the research objects were randomly divided into two groups-the control group and the observation group(45 cases in each group). The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results:The complication rate of the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than that of the control group(13.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the NRS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with constipation after anal fissure operation, comprehensive nursing intervention can prevent the occurrence of complications, reduce the pain of patients, and improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of recommendation.
