摘要
目的分析质量控制在血液净化护理质量管理中的应用效果,为提高血液净化室工作质量提供参考。方法选择2018年3月至2020年4月在我院接受血液净化治疗的87例患者为观察对象,2018年3月至2019年2月的44例患者为常规组,2019年3月至2020年4月实施质量控制后的43例患者为质量控制组。常规组实施常规护理管理,质量控制组则实施质量控制护理管理。比较两组在感染率、热源反应率、消毒检测达标率,质量管理效果,护理满意度等方面的差异。结果质量控制组的感染率、热源反应率分别为2.33%、2.33%,均低于常规组的18.18%、15.91%,且消毒检测达标率为97.67%,高于常规组的84.09%(均P<0.05)。质量控制组血压控制合格率、营养状况合格率、透析充分性均高于常规组(均P<0.05),控制组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论质量控制在血液净化护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,可明显降低感染率、热源反应率,同时提高消毒检测达标率、血压控制合格率、营养状况合格率、透析充分性,及患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control in quality management of blood purification nursing,and to provide reference for improving the working quality of blood purification room.Methods A total of 87 patients underwent blood purification treatment admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into the quality control group(from March 2019 to April 2020,n=43)after the implementation of quality control and the conventional group(from March 2018 to February 2019,n=44).The conventional group was given conventional nursing management,while the quality control group was given quality control nursing management.The differences of infection rate,heat source reaction rate,disinfection test compliance rate,quality management effect and nursing satisfaction,etc.,between the two groups were compared.Results The infection rate and heat source reaction rate in the quality control group were respectively 2.33%and 2.33%,both lower than 18.18%and 15.91%in the conventional group.And the disinfection test compliance rate was 97.67%,higher than 84.09%in the conventional group(all P<0.05).The qualified rates of blood pressure control,nutritional status and dialysis adequacy in the quality control group were all higher than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of quality control in quality management of blood purification nursing is significant,which can remarkably reduce the infection rate and heat source reaction rate,and simultaneously improve the disinfection test compliance rate,qualified rate of blood pressure control,qualified rate of nutritional status,dialysis adequacy and patients'nursing satisfaction.
