摘要
目的:分析风险护理在脓毒血症患者急诊救治中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年6月德阳市人民医院收治的脓毒血症患者62例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施风险护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后12 h,两组平均动脉压、中心静脉压、血氧分压、中心静脉血氧饱和度、氧合指数及尿量高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,两组心率、血肌酐水平低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后28 d,观察组患者生存率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:风险护理在脓毒血症患者急诊救治中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血液循环功能指标、血气分析指标、肾功能,提高生存率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk nursing in emergency treatment of sepsis patients.Methods:A total of 62 patients with sepsis admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group implemented risk nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:At 12 h after nursing,the mean arterial pressure,central venous pressure,partial pressure of oxygen,central venous oxygen saturation,oxygenation index and urine output in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the heart rate and serum creatinine levels in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On 28 d after intervention,the survival rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:The application effect of risk nursing is significant in emergency treatment of sepsis patients,which can improve patients'blood circulation function indicators,blood gas analysis indicators and renal function,and increase survival rate.
