摘要
目的分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁在妊高征患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2020年1月住院治疗的104例妊高征患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组予以拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗。治疗7 d后评价两组治疗效果,比较两组临床疗效、血压指标、血清胱抑素C(CYSC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、胎儿及产妇并发症发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的76.92%,观察组治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清CysC、Hcy水平均低于对照组,观察组胎儿、产妇并发症发生率分别为3.85%、1.92%,均低于对照组的19.23%、17.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁可有效降低妊高征患者血压,抑制CysC、Hcy高表达,降低母婴不良妊娠结局发生率,临床疗效显著、确切,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application efficacy of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients with PIH syndrome hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,while the observation group was treated with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate.The therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were evaluated after 7 days of treatment.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure index,serum CysC and Hcy levels,as well as fetal and maternal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group.After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,serum CysC and Hcy in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The incidences of fetal and maternal complications in the observation group were 3.85%and 1.92%,which were both lower than 19.23%and 17.31%in the control group respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with PIH,inhibit the high expression of CysC and Hcy,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of mother and infant.The clinical efficacy is obvious and accurate,and it is worthy of promotion.
