摘要
急性心肌梗死是一种严重威胁人类生命安全的疾病。自噬通过降解自身受损细胞器等大分子物质以维持细胞稳态。在急性心肌梗死发病过程中,不同水平的自噬可对心肌细胞发挥不同的作用,一些中药及有效成分逐渐被发现可通过调节自噬机制起到保护缺血心肌细胞的作用。基于上述研究背景,文章就近年来益气活血类中药干预自噬对急性心肌梗死发病过程的影响进行归纳总结。
Acute myocardial infarction is a serious threat to human life.Autophagy maintains cell homeostasis by degrading large molecules such as damaged organelles.During the pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction,different levels of autophagy can play different roles on myocardial cells.Some Chinese drugs and active ingredients have been found to protect ischemic cardiomyocytes by regulating autophagy.Based on the above research background,this paper summarized the effects of benefiting Qi for activating blood circulation Chinese drugs on autophagy in the pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction in recent years.
