摘要
慈林山煤矿9107工作面运输巷为薄煤层半煤岩巷,由于围岩松软破碎及煤岩交界面的存在,原支护方案下巷道掘成后变形显著。为有效控制巷道围岩,提出了半煤岩巷围岩稳定性控制技术,并结合巷道地质条件优化了掘进支护参数。现场应用表明,改进后支护方案能够有效控制巷道围岩变形,抑制煤岩交界面滑移错动,巷道变形量在可控范围内,保障了巷道服务期间的正常使用。
The haulage roadway of the 9107 working face in Cilinshan Coal Mine is a semi coal rock roadway in thin coal seam.Due to the soft and broken surrounding rock and the existence of coal rock interface,the deformation of the roadway after excavation under the original support scheme is significant.In order to effectively control the surrounding rock of the roadway,the stability control technology of the surrounding rock of the semi coal rock roadway is proposed,and the excavation support parameters are optimized combined with the geological conditions of the roadway.The field application shows that the improved support scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway,inhibit the slip and dislocation of the coal rock interface,and ensure the normal use of the roadway during the service period.
