松软煤层综采工作面两巷支护的数学理论与数值计算分析

摘要 为了解决松软煤层巷道大变形的数学计算问题,首先介绍了岩体变形计算的数学理论,并以某煤矿松软煤层综采工作面两巷为研究对象,主要研究了不同支护方式对巷道的支护效果,根据工程地质条件提出4种不同的支护方案,运用基于岩体数学计算理论的FLAC数值模拟软件进行分析,通过对比分析巷道围岩的应力分布、变形状况以及结合巷道围岩的地质条件,提出了适合本矿该综采工作面两巷的最优支护方案,对同类巷道的变形机理及支护技术的研究具有参考和借鉴意义。 In order to solve the support problem of large deformation and soft coal seam roadway, two-roadway in fully mechanized working face of a coal mine was studied, whose main research content was supporting effect of different supporting ways on the roadway. According to engineering geological conditions, four kinds of different supporting schemes was put forward, and the FLAC software was used to carry on numerical simulation. Through comparative analysis of stress distribution and deformation of roadway surrounding rock and combining with its geological conditions, a optimal supporting scheme was proposed and suitable for two-roadway in fully mechanized working face of this coal mine. Therefore, it greatly saved the cost caused by maintaining the deformation and failure roadway. At the same time, the study had reference significance for deformation mechanism and supporting technology of the same roadway.
