摘要
为探索全过程工程咨询服务规范化、标准化,提高咨询服务的工作效率,本文通过光明区全面消除黑臭水体治理工程全过程工程咨询项目案例,介绍在点多面广、规模较大的工程项目中全过程工程咨询的实践经验和成效,总结了全过程工程咨询服务的一些管理组织模式、管理方法和成效,如集中办公、流水作业、建章立制、标准管理等,可供同行参考或借鉴。
The practice experience and results of whole-process project consulting in the projects with multiple points,wide surface and larger scale are introduced in the paper through the case of consulting practice of the whole process project of Guangming District comprehensive treatment project for eliminating black and odorous water to explore the whole process project consulting service standardization and normalization,and enhance the working efficiency of the consultancy service.Some management organization modes,management methods and results of whole process project consulting services are summarized,such as central office,routine operation,system establishment,standard management,etc.,which can be used for reference by peers.
